Meet Zachary

Zachary Kweller is the president and founding attorney at the Law Offices of Zachary M. Kweller. He graduated from Golden Gate University with a J.D. and M.B.A. in 2014 and he has practiced exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation since November of 2014. Out of law school, Mr. Kweller worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney from November 2014 until he took a job in 2019 representing injured workers at a large firm, where he worked for almost 5 years. Prior to law school, Mr. Kweller was a workers’ compensation claims adjuster from 2007 to 2010.

Mr. Kweller is a certified legal specialist in the field of workers’ compensation. He is a published author for an article for the Workers’ Compensation Quarterly publication and has been a speaker or panelist on numerous occasions on workers’ compensation law for various organizations, including most recently in 2023 and 2024 for the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association (CAAA). He is the current President of the East Bay Chapter of the CAAA and is on the CAAA board of directors.

He grew up in Oakland, CA and obtained a degree in Kinesiology in 2007 from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Mr. Kweller is a huge 49ers and Warriors fan. He is also a father to a 3-year old son and to a daughter under 1.
